With Pi2Day 2026 right around the corner, Pioneers still have time to participate in two ongoing initiatives before they end on Sunday, June 28:
- Join the vibe coder campaign and raffle to help bring more AI-created apps to Pi.
- Test the SLICE Testnet token on Pi Launchpad along with the updated participation flow.
Pi2Day has historically been an important moment for Pi Network ecosystem milestones, updates, and feature releases. Last year, Pi2Day introduced projects and major platform-level utilities around AI, Pi App Studio, and ecosystem engagement.
Vibe Coder Campaign: Help Bring More AI-Created Apps to Pi
Pioneers only have four days left to participate in the Vibe Coder campaign to help bring more AI-created apps to Pi, and enter the raffle for a chance to win Pi merch, including a Pi Network jacket and sweater, by introducing vibe coders (app creators using AI) to Pi’s real distribution network and utility ecosystem through Pi App Studio.
Pioneers can participate by joining relevant online creator or developer communities on other social media platforms, contributing to these communities authentically, and sharing posts explaining how the Pi ecosystem is useful for builders who already have prototypes or working apps built through AI platforms for distribution of their apps and monetization opportunities.
Posts can point vibe coders to Pi App Studio, explain how easily externally created apps can connect with Pi, and highlight how Pi offers access to the ecosystem’s 60M+ engaged users and infrastructure with built-in payments, identity, and ads.
Then, submit the link to your post through the “Vibe Coder” button in the Pi mining app to join the raffle for Pi Network merchandise.
See the official rules and details here.
By helping more creators discover Pi, Pioneers can help expand the range of apps, tools, and services available in the Pi ecosystem. A stronger app ecosystem gives Pioneers more ways to use Pi, support useful products, and participate in real utility.
Test the SLICE Testnet Token and Updated Flow on Pi Launchpad
Pi Launchpad recently released its second Testnet token, SLICE, along with an improved participation flow and updated model.
This second test token launch is designed to address issues identified by the first test launch and help Pioneers learn how Launchpad works in a safe Testnet environment (SLICE will never go on Mainnet). This also helps Pi collect useful data and community feedback to further improve the Launchpad product before a real Mainnet token launch.
Pioneers are encouraged to try the SLICE test launch, engage with the connected Slice of Pi app, review the updated participation flow, and share feedback to help improve the updated Launchpad mechanism.
Here’s how to participate:
- Open the Pi Browser and go to the Pi Launchpad app.
- Review the test token and the issuing project. Try engaging with the Slice of Pi app before your commitment. Your engagement helps you assess whether the product is useful and worth your participation in its token launch.
- Choose a commitment amount in Test-Pi and complete the payment flow to confirm your participation. The Launchpad will automatically calculate the related fair-access hold (Pi stake) and show the commitment, hold, and total before you confirm.
- Engage with the Slice of Pi app before or after your commitment. Your engagement throughout the launch period may qualify you to receive a percentage bonus on the SLICE tokens you receive. Engagement can also help the project gather user feedback and validate its use case.
Engaging and Growing the Pi Ecosystem Before Pi2Day
Pi2Day is a moment to engage with new product releases and gain insight into the direction and priorities of the network. This year, Pioneers also have a timely opportunity to take part in app utilities expansion, community growth, and ecosystem development feedback before the event on June 28.
Participate in the two initiatives now, and stay tuned for Pi2Day!
