Introduction
Pi Network is committed to providing a safe environment for all users, especially minors. While our app is designed for adult users (18+), we recognize our responsibility to uphold child safety standards that are in line with Google Play’s Child Safety Policy, and broader international standards.
1. Age Restriction & Verification
- Our platform is restricted to users that are 18 years and older.
- We use a multi-step age verification process during registration.
- Any accounts identified as being operated by minors during this process are subject to immediate review and removal.
2. Prohibited Content and Behavior
We strictly prohibit any of the following:
- Sexual content involving minors;
- Solicitation or grooming of minors;
- Images or depictions of minors in any sexual context; and
- Inappropriate interactions between adults and minors.
Any violations are subject to immediate suspension, reporting to relevant authorities, and permanent banning.
3. Detection & Moderation
Our app uses automated content scanning tools and human moderators to detect:
- Inappropriate content involving minors
- Grooming or predatory behavior
- Content is flagged and reviewed, with zero tolerance for violations.
4. Reporting & Response
- Users can report violations directly within the app.
- Reports related to child safety are prioritized and escalated to moderators.
- Confirmed CSAE reports result in:
- Immediate removal of content
- Banning of involved accounts
- Cooperation with law enforcement and NCMEC (National Center for Missing and Exploited Children), where applicable
5. Safety Tools & Education
- In-app reporting, blocking, and content filtering tools
- Access to child safety resources from trusted organizations (e.g., https://www.missingkids.org)
- Regular updates to users on how to recognize and report child exploitation

- All uploads, profiles, and messages are subject to moderation using automated scanning tools and human reviewers.
Detection and Reporting
We actively monitor for:
